Welcome to CreditKiya, a mobile application designed for seamless bill payments and recharges in India, located at OFFICE NO.1064, SILVER BUSINESS POINT, VIP CIRCLE, Utran Branch Post Office, Surat, Gujarat, 394105, India. By accessing or using the CreditKiya App (“App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please refrain from using the App
Agreement to
Terms: These Terms establish a legal
contract between you and Aadhyadabhi.com PVT LTD. We may
revise these Terms from time to time, notifying you via
in-app notifications or email. Your continued use of the
App after such changes indicates your acceptance of the
updated Terms.
- The App is accessible to all eligible users in
India, with no age restrictions, as it integrates
with Bharat Connect services.
- Users under 18 must use the App under parental or
guardian supervision due to its financial
transaction features.
- You must be a resident of India, as CreditKiya is
tailored for Indian billers and payment systems.
- You agree to provide accurate and truthful
information (e.g., name, email, mobile number)
during account registration.
CreditKiya enables you to:
- Pay bills and recharge services, including mobile
(prepaid/postpaid), electricity, gas, water,
broadband, DTH, FASTag, insurance premiums, and
subscriptions, through Bharat Connect’s network.
- Complete payments via third-party UPI apps (e.g.,
Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm), with PhonePe serving
as our payment aggregator.
- Track transaction history and manage your account
details within the App.
We reserve the right to
modify, suspend, or discontinue any service with prior
notice where practical.
As a user, you agree to:
- Provide accurate details for account setup and bill
payments (e.g., consumer IDs, biller
information).
- Safeguard your account credentials and report any
unauthorized access to us immediately.
- Use the App lawfully, adhering to Indian laws,
including RBI guidelines for UPI transactions.
- Verify bill details and payment amounts before
confirming transactions, as errors may lead to
delays or refund processing.
You must not:
- Engage in unauthorized activities (e.g., hacking,
data manipulation, or reverse-engineering the
App).
- Use the App for commercial purposes without our
consent.
- Process: Select a biller, fetch
bill details via Bharat Connect, and complete
payments through third-party UPI apps using a secure
payment link generated by the App, facilitated by
PhonePe. We do not handle or store your payment
information.
- Transaction Fees: CreditKiya does
not impose fees for payments. Any fees charged by
third-party UPI apps are managed to minimize
additional costs to you.
- Refunds: In case of a failed
transaction where funds are debited, we will
initiate a refund within 48 hours after
verification with PhonePe and the biller.
- Third-Party Dependence: Payment
success relies on third-party UPI apps, PhonePe, and
billers. We are not responsible for delays or
failures caused by these parties but will assist in
resolving issues promptly.
- Support: For issues such as payment
disputes or refunds, contact us at support@creditkiya.com
or +918156036049 (10:00 AM to 6:00 PM IST, Monday
to Saturday). We aim to address concerns within 7
business days.
- Resolution Timeline:
Payment-related disputes are investigated within 48
hours, with refunds processed within 48 hours of
confirmation, if applicable.
- Escalation: Unresolved issues may
be escalated to our nodal officer or referred to
regulatory authorities like the RBI Ombudsman.
- Legal Jurisdiction: Disputes will
be resolved under Indian law in the courts of Surat,
Gujarat, India. You agree to attempt informal
resolution by contacting us before pursuing legal
action.
The App, including its design,
code, and content, is owned by Aadhyadabhi.com PVT LTD
or licensed to us. You may not reproduce, modify, or
distribute any part of the App without our written
permission. You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free
license to use biller-specific inputs (e.g., consumer
IDs) solely for processing payments via Bharat
Connect.
Your use of CreditKiya is
governed by our Privacy Policy,
which details how we collect, use, and protect your
data.
- As-Is Basis: The App is provided
“as is” without guarantees of uninterrupted or
error-free operation. We strive for reliability but
cannot ensure biller data accuracy or payment
success, as these depend on Bharat Connect, PhonePe,
and UPI apps.
- Liability Limit: Our maximum
liability for any claim related to the App is capped
at ₹1,000, to the extent permitted by law.
- No Consequential Damages: We are
not liable for indirect, incidental, or
consequential damages (e.g., loss of data or
profits) arising from App usage.
You agree to indemnify
Aadhyadabhi.com PVT LTD against any claims resulting
from your violation of these Terms, misuse of the App,
or submission of inaccurate payment information.
By You: You
may discontinue using the App and delete your account
via the App’s settings, triggering immediate deletion of
your registration data (except transaction records
retained for legal compliance).
By Us: We may
suspend or terminate your account for:
- Violation of these Terms.
- Fraudulent or illegal activities.
- Providing false registration information.
Upon termination, your access
to the App will cease, but obligations related to prior
transactions or legal compliance remain.
These Terms are governed by
the laws of India. Any disputes will be resolved in the
courts of Surat, Gujarat, India.
